The bisque is fired to cone 04 and the Glaze to cone 05. Once a month we do a 'high fire' to cone 5. (We have electric kilns so all of our firings are in an Oxidized setting.) There is a limit of 2 firings/week (generally one bisque and one glaze). Only Opportunity House designee is permitted to operate kilns. Pieces will be fired based on available kiln space (We try to give each person equal kiln space each firing with a priority given to those students taking the class and those pieces that were created first). No pieces will be fired if studio fees or membership is delinquent.

Studio Space includes: Wheels, Extruder, Slab Roller, Wedging Table, access to the Underglaze and Glaze Library and Firing of Pieces in our Electric Kilns.

Cost: $50/month
